She is easy to be with and at the same time challenges me in every workout. She's always honest with me and gives me praise on my accomplishments. Yonit takes the time to understand needs, limitations, and goals, and crafts a workout regimen that is tailored yet flexible, drawing from an amazing library of 100s of different exercises -- we rarely repeat a movement. For me it has been a complimentary combo of strength, stretching, and conditioning with a goal of keeping up with my kids in the ocean or on the mountains, and playing better golf.
