
Hi! My name is Yonit. I am a fitness fanatic who loves all things movement. My favorite activities are surfing, yoga, and strength training. I’ve learned that when you move your body, you unleash your full potential mentally, physically, and emotionally. I work to help individuals become stronger and healthier so they can do what they love, and love what they do, with more joy and less pain.
My style of training focuses on a holistic approach with a focus on improving an individuals posture. I use different training modalities such as strength training, mobility, yoga, and nutrition to help each person transform into the best version of themselves.
